Filipino Eats Week October 23-29

Filipino Eats Week is a celebration of Filipino-American culture, community, and food, featuring the contributions of Filipinos to the Pacific Northwest. It started as a social media campaign aimed at highlighting champions and creators of Filipino delicacies, and has since turned into a much bigger project allowing community members to touch and experience the beautiful masterpieces of our very own chefs, bakers, food purveyors and curators.

For the Filipino-American community, food is a way to connect with our culture and strengthen family ties. It’s how we show love, build with, and nourish one another. Filipino food, like its people, is ever-evolving through changes and challenges across the diaspora, yet maintaining the trademark flavors and characteristics of home.

Our theme this year spotlights the unique cuisines of each main region in the archipelago.
